Expo AIP Cádiz “Hércules. Redibujando la leyenda”
🇪🇦 Cuando la Asociación de Ilustradores de Cádiz (AIP Cádiz) nos invitó a participar en su inauguración, lo hizo con un reto ilusionante: reinterpretar a su héroe anfitrión y redibujar su leyenda con mirada contemporánea. Representando a nuestra provincia, desde Jaén aportamos una pieza muy especial: un homenaje gráfico en formato portada de vinilo, una cápsula de aventuras retro-futuristas con texto del gran Emerson Walkman.
El trabajo mezcla referencias clásicas de cómic, diseño editorial y cultura musical, con un tratamiento gráfico que conecta lo nostálgico y lo actual. Tipografías expresivas, colores vivos y una composición pensada para que cada rincón cuente algo. Fue un honor poner nuestra tinta al servicio de una celebración colectiva de la ilustración andaluza
🇬🇧 For the inauguration of the AIP Cádiz (Association of Illustrators of Cádiz), we were honored to represent our province with a bold challenge: to “redraw the legend” of their host hero in a new and imaginative way. Our tribute took the shape of a vintage-inspired vinyl cover, featuring a story by our friend and collaborator Emerson Walkman.
The piece blends retro comic aesthetics, editorial design and music culture, resulting in a colorful, expressive composition filled with narrative details. It was an exciting opportunity to celebrate illustration through a shared visual language, while connecting Cádiz and Jaén under the same creative spotlight.
